Return Policy

Within 10 days of receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by Strategic Products Group for any of the following reasons:

  • - Item is in new condition, unopened with original packaging and accessories.
  • - Item was received damaged or defective.
  • - Incorrect item was shipped.

Returns must be authorized by Strategic Products Group. To do this, please call Customer Service at (850) 525-7500 to discuss your product return request.

Upon approval, you’ll be provided with a return materials authorization (RMA) and once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll exchange your item or issue you a refund. We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
